My Keyboard and Mouse are unresponsive

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse:

1. Make sure the batteries are fully functioning within the devices, replace if necessary.
2. Make sure the USB cable is securely plugged into the USB audio hub and also into the server.

Wired Keyboard and Mouse:

1. Make sure the Keyboard and Mouse are plugged in securely into the USB audio hub.
2. Make sure the USB cable is securely plugged into the USB audio hub and also into the server.

If problem still persists:

1. Launch "Multipoint Manager"
2. Click on the "Home" tab
3. From the choices on the right click "remap all stations"
4. All stations will remap and will now ask to press a letter to assign a station
5. Log back into the workstation
